What are the best restaurants in Bhubaneswar? - Quora

The question is pretty vague. But still I'll try to answer it.
There are basically two different parameters upon which I'll base my answer.

1. Meal/Kind of Food
2. Cost
So lets hit it off.

Lets start with breakfast.
If you are in mood for some good South Indian food but are on a cheap budget, Check out places like Hotel Priya or Hotel Venus or Venus Inn.

If money is not an issues and you want to have proper breakfast at a place with good ambience, check out Mamma Mia at Hotel Mayfair or Deep Down South at Marrion the buffet at any star hotel such as Pal Heights to Swosti. You can even visit these places for good brunch.

For Lunch and Dinner.
There isnt much difference in the content of Lunch and Dinner in this part of the world. Pretty much all of the items in either of the meals are interchangeable. And there are lots of options here.
Dawat at Sahid Nagar
Silver Streak at Nayapalli
Mirch Masala at Chandrasekharpur
Aangan at Sahid Nagar
Kalinga Cottage at Chandrasekharpur
The Chef at CRP Square
Shiraz at Unit-4(This place has really good Biryani. Low on spice and Oil)
Other options which are on the costlier side are attached to hotels. These include
Kabab-e-que, Bling It on at Marrion
Nakli Dhaba at Mayfair
Bollywood at Crown
If you prefer Dhabas, there are two options within city limits.
One is Kumar Punjabi Dhaba near CRP and the other is Khushi Dhaba near Khandagiri square.
If you prefer real Odia food, you need to visit someone's house who's mom/wife will offer you the real Odia cuisine. Otherwise head over to Nakli Dhaba or Dalema.

For Evening Snacks
Mamma Mia has a good bakery. Also the coffee shop at Marrion, Confetti offers some real good foood.
There are tens of local eateries and roadside stalls for street food. It all depends upon your preference and choice. But some famous ones are Food day, Sahoo Chat, Pakodas at Rajmahal Square, Veg Rolls at CRP, Sudupp Sadapp or Cafe Italiano.
